Brian Romer is a visual communications designer specializing in data visualization. He works with scientists to create interactive tools to explore and understand their data. By researching and testing prototypes with the various people who will utilize the scientists’ output, he forms bridges or translations that make the information more intuitive and accessible. Brian has partnered with small startups and global corporations, hired complete design teams, led hackathons, formed internship programs and run design thinking workshops.
