“The number one rule in podcasting is you can do what you want”
After working in public and commercial radio as a broadcaster in the 1990’s and 2000’s, Jason Norris started producing and publishing podcasts of his shows back in 2006. This led him to creating Podcast Local in 2015, a show that gives insight and advice for telling the stories of your community. Norris joins the Testing Ground Podcast to discuss some of the most pressing ethical issues associated with podcasting, including advertising, source selection and editing.
*Testing Ground is a podcast created out of the Northeastern journalism course “Digital Storytelling and Social Media.”
